3 Fitness Tips from a Trainer
January 2 is Trainer Appreciation Day. Our Trainer Alex Schimm has 3 fitness ideas that help keep him motivated. You can use them to help reach your goals this year.
1. Name of the game for me has always been finding what I love to do. Bodybuilding/lifting has always brought me joy. That is the key to consistency.
2. Eating healthy natural foods that I have cooked myself plus drinking tons of water. This has helped me stay young looking while building muscle.
3. Listening to my body and not pushing to the point of injury. Take test days when you need to. The gym doesn’t have to be an everyday thing.
